BK Gulf LLC is looking for an experienced HSE Manager with expertise in MEP contracting company operations, who will handle all our major projects in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, complying with HSE regulations, and implementing safety protocols across all project sites.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in line with company standards and local regulations.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Manage and investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, providing recommendations for preventive actions.
- Coordinate HSE training programs for staff and contractors to enhance awareness and compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into project plans and activities.
- Stay updated on HSE developments and best practices to continually improve safety initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager within the MEP contracting industry in KSA.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in KSA.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a safety-focused culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent would be preferred.
