HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department.
The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and health-conscious work environment.
This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire and enforce safety culture across all projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage HSE policies, procedures, and programs tailored to project needs and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Promote HSE awareness and training programs for all employees and subcontractors.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to HSE standards.
Prepare and submit HSE reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in health, safety, and environmental performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE management within the construction or engineering sectors.
Comprehensive knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
Proven experience in risk assessment, accident investigation, and safety training.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
