About The Team

1. Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy Conduct in-depth analysis of corporate strategy and business objectives to forecast talent demand. Develop integrated talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, aligning recruitment channels and Learning & Development resources with organizational needs. Ensure proactive talent supply-demand alignment to enhance workforce agility and strategic impact. 2. End-to-End Talent Acquisition Excellence Optimize recruitment workflows, job profiling, and candidate assessment frameworks. Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding, while enhancing candidate experience. Partner with business units to prioritize critical hires, ensuring timely fulfillment of key roles through data-driven recruitment metrics. 3. Learning & Development (L&D) Framework Design a competency-based training ecosystem and curriculum matrix aligned with role-specific requirements. Deliver targeted skill development programs and career pathing initiatives. Measure training ROI through post-program evaluations, iterating content to boost employee capabilities, engagement, and operational efficiency. 4. HR Analytics & Operational Optimization Leverage HR analytics to monitor KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, retention rates). Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-backed solutions. Institutionalize best practices to refine HR decision-making and enhance process efficiency. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Digital Transformation Partner with business, finance, and IT to digitize HR workflows and resolve talent supply-demand gaps. Foster internal/external talent ecosystems through strategic partnerships, enhancing cross-functional synergy and enabling scalable, agile HR service delivery.
