Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional HR Executive to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of our company.


  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related information
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and conduct new employee orientations
  • Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with management to implement performance management processes and conduct annual reviews
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with any changes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes
  • Handle employee relations issues and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR role.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
