Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook dishes according to the assigned cuisine (Japanese, Italian, or Chinese)
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
• Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
Requirements:
• 4–8 years of experience as a Hotline Cook or similar role
• Experience in Japanese, Italian, or Chinese cuisine
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Good teamwork and communication skills
