The Head of HR Strategy is a pivotal role within the Human Resources department, right hand to the CHRO focused on developing and implementing HR strategies to support the overall business objectives for this leader in its respective segment in the FMCG industry.

Description

The Head of HR Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing the long term HR strategic framework, aligning HR initiatives with the company's overall business strategy, and ensuring governance and compliance. This role drives HR transformation, fostering a data-driven, high-performing HR function to support the long term vision.


Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and oversee the 3-year Human Capital Strategic Plan aligned with business objectives.Design and execute the Organisation Development (OD) Framework to optimize structure and workforce efficiency.Lead workforce planning processes to anticipate and meet current and future talent needs.Drive the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Ensure HR transformation initiatives align with growth strategy.
Governance & Compliance
Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with labor laws and international standards.Conduct regular HR audits and diagnostics to identify and resolve gaps in policies and practices.Ensure adherence to governance frameworks across all HR processes and procedures.
HR Advisory & Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to the CHRO and executive leadership team on strategic HR matters.Build and lead the HR Strategy & Governance team, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.Provide thought leadership on HR transformation and operational excellence.
Change Management
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new HR systems, processes, and frameworks.Engage stakeholders to secure alignment and buy-in for HR transformation initiatives.
Performance Monitoring
Establish metrics to measure the impact of HR strategies and governance frameworks.Analyze and report on workforce data to monitor progress, identify risks, and provide actionable insights.



Profile

A successful Head of HR Strategy should have:
KSA National MUSTA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar HR role within the FMCG industrySubject matter expert in Organisation DevelopmentStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and data analysis.
