Job description

  • Assist in processing crew sign-on/off, travel, and visa documentation.


  • Coordinate with travel agents for bookings, hotel arrangements, and transfers.


  • Maintain up-to-date crew lists, rosters, and certification records.


  • Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for vessel crew.


  • Track medicals, training, and certificate expiries, ensuring timely renewals.
    Support daily administrative activities at the Dammam office, including documentation, filing,Coordinate government-related documentation, licenses, permits, and renewals
  • Assist with procurement requests (REQs), petty cash, and office supply management, Liaise with internal departments and external service providers on administrative matters.


  • Prepare and maintain records for audits and internal reviews, prepare correspondence, letters, reports, and meeting minutes as required


  • Coordinate gate passes, security IDs, and access requests


  • Coordinate with HR for crew employment files, payroll data, and other personnel updates.Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding administration.


  • Conduct periodic site visits to Ras Al-Khair (typically once per week, as business requires) to support operational and administrative needs.
