🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and client-facing GCP Architect with strong expertise in pre-sales, solution design, and proof-of-concept (POC) delivery.

This role requires a unique blend of deep technical knowledge and business acumen to support sales cycles, articulate solution value, and guide enterprise customers in adopting Google Cloud Platform.

You will work closely with sales, delivery, and partner teams to design scalable cloud solutions, drive customer engagement, and accelerate deal closures.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

☁️ Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

  • Act as the technical pre-sales lead for GCP opportunities
  • Partner with sales teams to qualify leads and shape deals
  • Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand business needs and propose solutions

🏗️ Solution Architecture & Design

  • Design end-to-end cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform
  • Define migration strategies, modernization roadmaps, and cloud-native architectures
  • Ensure scalability, security, and cost optimization

🚀 POC, Demo & Workshops

  • Build and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs), demos, and technical workshops
  • Showcase GCP capabilities across data, AI/ML, and application modernization
  • Translate technical concepts into business value for clients

📄 Proposal & Solutioning

  • Develop solution proposals, architecture documents, and presentations
  • Support RFP/RFI responses with technical and commercial inputs
  • Align solutions with customer goals and industry best practices

🔐 Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure solutions comply with Saudi regulatory frameworks such as:
  • NCA (National Cybersecurity Authority)
  • SAMA (Saudi Central Bank)
  • CITC (Communications, Space & Technology Commission)

🤝 Partner Collaboration

  • Work closely with Google Cloud teams and ecosystem partners
  • Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and customer engagements

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

☁️ Cloud & Technical Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience with core GCP services:
  • Compute Engine, App Engine
  • BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow
  • Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
  • VPC, Networking, IAM, Security

⚙️ DevOps & Automation

  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / Deployment Manager
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation

🎯 Pre-Sales & Consulting

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or client-facing roles
  • Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value

🗣️ Communication & Stakeholder Skills

🎓 Certifications

  • Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect ⭐ (Preferred)
