Handle service disruptions (such as cancellations or delays) and propose solutions.
Review and follow up on customer feedback and ensure proper resolution by the operations team.
Communicate with service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and tickets.
Maintain service quality standards and ensure continuous workflow.
Support ongoing improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
0-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools.
Professional command of English (written and spoken).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
