Role Overview
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals and managing client relationships. You will work closely with the founders and directly influence how AREEB grows in the market.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential clients across enterprise and mid-market segments
• Own the full sales cycle (prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing)
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate AREEB’s value proposition
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (HR, L&D, and business leaders)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with the product team to relay customer insights and feedback

Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS, EdTech, or HR solutions)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
• Self-driven with a proactive, “builder” mindset suited for startups
• Based in Riyadh
• Fluent in Arabic and professional in English
