The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and client requirements.
• Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documents
• Ensure proper document control support is provided in line with project requirements
• Register, track, and distribute documents using the document control system
• Maintain document logs, registers, and filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
• Ensure all documents are correctly numbered, filed, and easily retrievable
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for document submissions
• Monitor document revisions and ensure only the latest versions are in circulation
• Support in preparation of reports, transmittals, and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project-specific procedures
• Archive project documents in accordance with retention policies
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Document Controller in infrastructure or construction projects
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or supervision projects is preferred
• Strong knowledge of document control systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, etc.)
• Good understanding of document management processes and workflows
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
