Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans for upcoming projects to ensure seamless opening phases.
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts including construction, operations, training, and safety teams to align readiness goals.
Conduct readiness assessments and audits to identify risks and operational gaps, deploying mitigation strategies accordingly.
Lead the development and delivery of training programs to prepare operational teams and support staff.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational readiness and track progress.
