Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Director of Operational Readiness to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of operational strategies for large-scale entertainment and cultural developments.
This role is integral to ensuring that all new projects are fully prepared for launch with efficient operations, well-trained staff, and superior customer experiences, aligning with the company's vision to create a world-class destination.
Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans for upcoming projects to ensure seamless opening phases.
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts including construction, operations, training, and safety teams to align readiness goals.
Conduct readiness assessments and audits to identify risks and operational gaps, deploying mitigation strategies accordingly.
Lead the development and delivery of training programs to prepare operational teams and support staff.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational readiness and track progress.
Engage with stakeholders and partners to maintain alignment with strategic objectives and operational standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on readiness metrics and feedback.
Comprehensive benefits package • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operational readiness or operations management, ideally within the entertainment, hospitality, or large infrastructure projects.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in readiness assessment, risk management, and process optimization.
