Key Responsibilities
*Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, Tik Tok including desigen and content
*Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
*Manage company online stores with ads, with adding new product, new content, replying for all customer, solving their concerns, following up with orders, and emptying the cart, with establishing new online stores
*Maintain good relationships and agreements with bloggers and influencers to run campaigns.
* Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy across all relevant channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
* Create engaging, high-quality, and relevant content, including blog posts, case studies, videos, and social media updates, that communicates the value of our landscaping, irrigation, and design services, visiting company nurseries and projects to create updated video and picture to post in social media.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
* Manage and establishing the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date with current projects, optimized for search engines, and provides an excellent user experience.
* Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and stay current with digital marketing trends within the horticulture and contracting industries.
* Collaborate with our design and project management teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand identity.
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
* A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
* Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and major social media platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
* Creative and adept at content creation, with a keen eye for visual detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the landscaping, construction, or a related visual industry would be an advantage.
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
