We are an Ecommerce platform looking for an experienced ecommerce marketing and content specialist to take full ownership of all marketing activity for Innovio — a growing DTC brand in the productivity accessories space (laptop stands and ergonomic accessories).
All platforms are live and operational. This is not a setup role. We need someone who executes, optimizes, and scales what's already been built.
What you'll own:
Content Creation
- Create short-form video content, ad creatives, static posts, and ad copy for Meta ads and organic social. All content must be submitted for brand review and approval at least 48 hours before publishing.
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Full ownership of campaign strategy, daily management, audience testing, creative iteration, and scaling. You will produce the creatives yourself.
Klaviyo
- Manage and optimize all active flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back).
- Execute weekly email campaigns, maintain segmentation, list hygiene, and run A/B tests.
Instagram & Facebook
- Own the content calendar, create and schedule Reels, Stories, and static posts.
- Community management in brand voice.
Reporting & communication:
- Weekly KPI report every Monday — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, open rates, engagement rate, follower growth, and creative performance
- All content submitted for approval 48hrs before scheduled publish date
- Replies within 4 hours on business days
- Weekly video call availability (flexible on timing)
- Proactive communication — we expect you to flag issues and opportunities without being asked
Requirements:
- 3+ years running ecommerce marketing end-to-end
- Proven, measurable results scaling a DTC or ecommerce brand
- Strong content creation skills: short-form video editing, ad creative production, copywriting
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience with flows and campaigns
- Strong Meta Ads track record with demonstrable ROAS results
- Experience in productivity, tech accessories, or lifestyle products is a strong advantage
- Able to work independently and manage multiple channels simultaneously
