• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and power distribution units (PDUs). • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Ensure continuous availability of datacenter resources, including power, cooling, and network connectivity. • Experience in datacenter operations, IT infrastructure, or system administration. • Monitor system performance, network traffic, and environmental conditions to ensure uptime and efficiency. • Strong knowledge of servers, networking, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and storage technologies. • Optimize resource allocation and ensure load balancing across servers and network components. • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG) and security best practices. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and software issues affecting datacenter operations. • Understanding of power and cooling management in datacenter environments. • Respond to outages and escalate critical issues as per defined protocols. • Ability to work in shifts and respond to critical incidents 24/7. • Implement security controls, access policies, and industry best practices to safeguard datacenter infrastructure. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards. • Maintain up-to-date records of datacenter configurations, system updates, and troubleshooting logs. • Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement. • Work with IT, networking, and security teams to support infrastructure needs. • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, upgrades, and service contracts.
