The Cyber Security Engineer is a pivotal role within our automotive dealership and distribution company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. With 5-7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be tasked with protecting our digital infrastructure from cyber threats while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying vulnerabilities and implementing effective security measures to safeguard sensitive information and maintain the integrity of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust security protocols to protect the organization’s data and IT assets.
- Continuously monitor network systems for potential security breaches and respond effectively to incidents.
- Conduct thorough security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into all technology initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and security technologies to enhance the company’s defenses.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on security incidents, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
