Lucent Dental is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CSSD Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, preparation, and distribution of dental instruments and equipment while ensuring full compliance with infection prevention and sterilization standards. This role is essential in maintaining a safe clinical environment and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, disinfect, inspect, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments and equipment.
  • Operate and monitor autoclaves and other sterilization equipment according to established protocols.
  • Perform routine biological, chemical, and mechanical monitoring of sterilization processes.
  • Maintain accurate sterilization records and documentation.
  • Prepare instrument trays and procedure kits for dental clinics.
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of contaminated materials and medical waste.
  • Monitor inventory levels of sterile supplies and report shortages.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CSSD equipment.
  • Follow infection prevention and control policies, OSHA guidelines, and local health regulations.
  • Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, and clinical staff to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working Hours:

Saturday–Thursday, 02:00 PM–10:00 PM

Skills
