We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Creative Marketing & Content Officer to lead and elevate our restaurant group's digital presence. This role is at the heart of how our brand is seen, felt, and experienced online — from mouth-watering content on Instagram and TikTok to strategic influencer partnerships and data-driven paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate brings deep passion for the food and beverage world, a sharp eye for brand aesthetics, and the drive to turn bold ideas into tangible results.Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management●     Own and manage the restaurant group's presence across Instagram and TikTok as primary channels, with oversight of all other active platforms.●     Develop and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with brand identity, seasonal campaigns, new menu launches, and key events.●     Create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content that showcases our restaurants, dishes, and culture.●     Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active and loyal online community.●     Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting with actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.2. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships●     Identify, research, and curate a roster of relevant food and lifestyle influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.●     Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating coverage agreements and managing collaborations end-to-end.●     Develop briefing materials and creative guidelines to ensure influencer content is aligned with brand standards.●     Measure the impact of influencer campaigns through reach, engagement, and ROI metrics.3. Digital Advertising & SEO●     Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Instagram/Meta Ads to drive traffic, reservations, and brand awareness.●     Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective spend with strong return on investment.●     Implement and continuously refine Google SEO strategies to improve the restaurant group's organic search rankings and online discoverability.●     Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO activities.●     Analyze ad performance data and adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies accordingly.4. Brand Identity & Creative Direction●     Serve as a guardian of the restaurant group's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual and written communications.●     Develop and refine brand elements including tone of voice, visual language, color palette usage, typography, and storytelling approach.●     Collaborate with external designers, photographers, and videographers when needed to produce high-quality brand assets.●     Bring innovative and creative concepts that differentiate our restaurants in a competitive market.5. Strategy & Execution●     Translate marketing strategies and creative concepts into well-executed, real-world campaigns and activations.●     Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.●     Stay ahead of food, beverage, and digital marketing trends to ensure the brand remains fresh and culturally relevant.●     Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
