The Corporate Training & Development Specialist will play a vital role in assessing training needs, designing impactful training interventions, and implementing programs that align with strategic business objectives.
You will collaborate with leaders across departments to identify skills gaps and develop training solutions tailored to enhance employee performance and career development.
Key Responsibilities: Design and introduce the company’s training and development framework, policies, and standards.
Analyze and identify competency and skill gaps through performance data, surveys, and discussions with management.
Develop a long-term training roadmap aligned with business strategy and workforce planning.
Create and implement digital onboarding and learning programs leveraging technology (e.
g., LMS, e-learning tools).
Develop and maintain engaging training materials, manuals, and visual aids.
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs, trainers, and learning content, recommending improvements.
Manage the annual training budget and forecast future learning investments.
Build partnerships with external training providers and certification bodies.
Prepare and present reports and dashboards on training outcomes and employee skill progress.
Support managers and supervisors in applying coaching and learning techniques within their teams.
Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate training and development.
Strong expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs tailored to business needs.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.
Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the organization.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
A proactive approach to fostering employee development and enhancing organizational performance.
