We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on Commercial & Operations Manager to lead end-to-end execution across commercial, operational, and cross-functional priorities. This role acts as a critical link between senior management and internal teams, ensuring strong alignment, accountability, and timely delivery across supply chain, finance coordination, marketing, and business development — all in support of sustained business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial & Operational Execution Lead end-to-end execution across commercial, operations, and supply chain functions, ensuring full alignment with business goals and on-time delivery of key priorities.
- Execution Governance & Cross-Functional Alignment Serve as the central coordination point between management and operational teams — driving accountability, tracking critical initiatives, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Commercial Growth & Partner Management Manage key customer relationships and B2B channels while overseeing supplier and manufacturing partnerships to support growth objectives, product quality, and cost efficiency.
- Supply Chain, Production & Inventory Optimization Oversee planning across production scheduling, replenishment, and inventory management to ensure product availability, optimized capacity utilization, and healthy working capital.
- Financial Performance & Business Visibility Partner closely with the Finance function to monitor margins, costing, collections, and overall business performance — maintaining financial discipline and full transparency.
- Operational Excellence & ERP Utilization Drive continuous improvement across processes, reporting, and governance practices, while ensuring effective utilization of ERP systems (Odoo) for data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Support Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Quality Control, and HR to align product development, branding, operational requirements, and people performance with business objectives.
- Innovation, AI Adoption & Reporting Champion the adoption of AI tools and digital solutions to enhance productivity and reporting quality; provide clear business insights, flag risks proactively, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Skills
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in FMCG manufacturing environments is a must
- Solid understanding of production planning, replenishment cycles, and supply chain coordination
- Hands-on experience in supplier management for raw materials and packaging
- Experience managing local and overseas co-manufacturers
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to B2B sales channels and key account management
- Proficiency in ERP systems — Odoo experience is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Analytical mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
