Commercial Director

Our client is a modern financial services trading platform, looking to expand their business into KSA. They are seeking a Commercial Director to be the commercial owner and on-the-ground leader in Saudi Arabia.

This role is responsible for driving the market toward its commercial KPIs and ensuring effective day-to-day coordination between the stakeholders. The role combines execution, leadership, and representation, and is central to the success of the Saudi launch.

Key Responsibilities:

·Own and drive commercial performance and KPIs

·Identify and resolve execution challenges across product, marketing, onboarding, and operations

·Lead business development, partnerships, and local commercial initiatives

·Represent the business confidently with:

oInstitutional stakeholders

oStrategic partners

oInfluencers, media, and ecosystem participants

·Ensure strong alignment and collaboration between Audi and Amana toward shared commercial outcomes

Requirements:

·Fluent in Arabic and English

·Background in modern FinTech, digital financial services, brokerage, or trading

·Strong commercial instincts with hands-on execution capability

·Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments
