Description
This position plays a key role in driving clinical adoption, training, and product support for the company's advanced diagnostic solutions within healthcare settings.
Clinical Training & Education
Develop clinical messaging and positioning that differentiates the company's solutions from both a technical and clinical standpoint.Lead awareness efforts around the company's new strategic clinical focus areas Work closely with pharmaceutical partners to co-develop local clinical pathways, including key collaborations Design and implement educational initiatives such as clinical/product training sessions, videos, workshops, and events.Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders to promote scientific workshops and create strong demand within target markets.Oversee and manage training programs delivered by local partners and application specialists.
Product Implementation & Support
Partner with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth integration of products within clinical environments.Offer ongoing clinical and technical support to internal teams and end users.Address technical inquiries and provide expert guidance to healthcare professionals.
Clinical Consulting
Provide frontline clinical feedback to internal teams such as R&D and Product Management to support continuous product enhancement and innovation.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including physicians and clinical teams.Coordinate the company's clinical presence at industry events and medical conferences through well-structured communication strategies.
Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Candidate needs to be based in Saudi Arabia with local experience in clinical application specializing in imaging devices
Hands-on clinical experience and deep understanding of healthcare workflows.
Proven experience in training or education within the medical device or healthcare sector.
Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to simplify and convey complex clinical concepts to various audiences.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in collaborative environments.
Willingness to travel regularly across the TMEA region to support clinical engagements and training activities.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
