· Lead and manage the entire chemical cleaning projects, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
· Develop strategic plans, budgets, and performance metrics for cleaning operations.
· Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
· Coordinate with clients to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
· Oversee training programs and continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Management, or related discipline.
· Minimum of 12 years of experience in industrial services, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing chemical cleaning and decontamination projects within the Gulf Area (or similar scale clients).
· Strong Knowledge and adherence to HSE regulations.
· 5 years’ experience in leading shutdowns or turnaround related chemical cleaning work, including planning, preparing, executing and closing out.
· In-depth knowledge of chemical cleaning technologies, industrial safety protocols, metallurgical compatibility with chemicals and client-specific operational standards.
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Advanced project management expertise, including planning, execution, budgeting, cost control, commercial, financial reporting, performance monitoring, client meetings, and technical presentations.
· Solid understanding of contracting principles and legal frameworks relevant to industrial services.
· Up-to-date knowledge of Saudi regulations related to chemical handling, logistics, environmental compliance, and waste management.
· Proficient in estimation and proposal development for chemical cleaning scopes.
· Willingness to travel frequently and relocate as needed to support operations across multiple sites.
· Able to effectively mentor and share expertise with team members.
· KSA experience and PMP certification are plus.
