Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CBU Project Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a CBU Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction of a new Central Business Unit (CBU) in Madinah, overseeing all aspects of the project from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation
- Oversee and manage all construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements and local regulations
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design documents
- Manage and monitor project budget and schedule, identifying and addressing any potential risks or delays
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to provide updates and address any concerns
- Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues or discrepancies
- Prepare and present project reports and presentations to clients and senior management
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and organized for future reference
- Maintain a strong understanding of local construction practices, regulations, and industry trends to inform decision-making and mitigate risks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- PMP certification is a plus
