Job Brief We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Partnerships Associate to support the development and execution of strategic partnerships that contribute to Jeeny’s growth and market expansion.
This role will focus on building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential partners across key sectors such as banking, telecommunications, aviation, tourism, corporate mobility, and public transportation .
The successful candidate will work on identifying partnership opportunities, structuring collaborations, and converting them into active initiatives that generate measurable business impact.
The Partnerships Associate will collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, operations, finance, and legal to ensure partnerships are successfully launched, managed, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnership opportunities that support business growth, ride demand, and market expansion.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners across sectors such as banking, telecommunications, aviation, tourism, public transportation, and corporate mobility .
Evaluate partnership opportunities from both commercial and strategic perspectives , ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term growth priorities.
Structure, negotiate, and execute partnership agreements, integrations, and joint initiatives with external partners.
Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle , including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, activation, and performance monitoring.
Develop commercial frameworks and partnership plans that enable scalable collaborations and measurable business outcomes .
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, operations, finance, and legal to ensure successful partnership implementation.
Track and report on partnership performance metrics such as ride generation, revenue contribution, user acquisition, and campaign performance .
Maintain strong and professional relationships with partner organizations and key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
Manage multiple partnership opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism, organization, and operational discipline.
Identify opportunities for innovation and ecosystem expansion within the mobility and transportation landscape.

Basic understanding of commercial agreements, partnership models, and business negotiations .
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to evaluate opportunities from a business perspective, including revenue potential, user acquisition impact, and partnership value .
Experience working with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, or operations teams is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English .
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
High level of professionalism, initiative, and adaptability, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
