• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi construction and contracting market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government entities in Saudi Arabia.
• Monitor upcoming projects, market trends, competitors, and tender opportunities across the Kingdom.
• Coordinate with estimation, technical, and procurement teams for proposal and tender submissions.
• Prepare and submit prequalification documents, company profiles, and capability statements.
• Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and project opportunities through SAP, and other tendering platforms.
• Arrange client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to promote company services.
• Support commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and project acquisition activities.
• Maintain business development reports, trackers, and opportunity pipelines.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings across Saudi Arabia.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen company presence in the Saudi market.
• Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of Business Development experience in the Saudi construction/contracting market.
• Proven experience in securing projects and handling client relations within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi market regulations, tendering procedures, and project lifecycle.
• Experience dealing with consultants, developers, contractors, and government authorities in KSA.
• Strong network and professional relationships within the Saudi construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and tendering portals.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic language.
