The company focuses on the planning, development, and delivery of professionally managed residential assets that address the Kingdom’s evolving lifestyle and demographic needs, with an emphasis on quality, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

 

About the role:

This role is responsible for driving strategic growth and expansion for the Group within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The focus is on identifying and originating high-potential land and asset opportunities suitable for co-living communities and hospitality developments in affordable areas next to social infrastructure, including acquisitions, partnerships, and portfolio contributions.

 

The role will also support strategically aligned projects, contribute to capital-raising initiatives when required, and assist with market visibility and brand awareness to strengthen the Group’s presence in Saudi Arabia.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

  1. Identify, source, and pursue opportunities across Saudi Arabia, including land, strategic partnerships, and development or investment projects.
  2. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as real estate brokers, landowners, master developers, investors, institutional partners, government-related entities, and strategic advisors.
  3. Initiate negotiations on commercial terms and support the structuring, evaluation, and closing of new opportunities.
  4. Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, demand drivers, and emerging opportunities within the Saudi real estate and development landscape.
  5. Monitor competitor activity and market positioning to inform strategic decision-making and opportunity assessment.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong local network across the Saudi real estate and investment ecosystem to generate high-quality leads.
  7. Actively scout opportunities through market intelligence, industry platforms, events, and professional networks.
  8. Prepare business cases, and support with feasibility inputs, and opportunity reports for internal stakeholders, investors, and senior management.

 

Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration

  1. Work closely with internal teams (strategy, finance, development, and marketing) to align business development initiatives with corporate objectives.
  2. Support the development of market-facing materials, proposals, and presentations relevant to Saudi expansion efforts.
  3. Assist with regulatory, government, and compliance-related processes when required, in coordination with internal and external advisors.
  4. Provide regular reporting, insights, and updates on pipeline activity, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
