Role Overview

The Business Development Agent will be responsible for expanding our footprint in Saudi Arabia by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy in infrastructure and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities in the fields of railway, highways, roads, tunnels, power, and energy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities, contractors, consultants, and private developers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming tenders/projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Lead pre-qualification, proposal preparation, and bid submission in coordination with technical teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
  • Support in forming strategic partnerships and joint ventures with local and international stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong network with government agencies, contractors, and consultants in transport and energy sectors.
  • Proven track record of winning projects and securing partnerships in Saudi market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Saudi tendering and procurement processes.
  • Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
