Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts to support their professional development.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in software development projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Confluence.
Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development.
Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, is a plus.
