We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and scale our client acquisition efforts at an advertising production company.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a strong track record in B2B sales.
You will be responsible for managing a small sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding our client base across the region.
Main Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 5-6 sales representatives, setting clear targets and ensuring consistent performance against monthly and annual revenue goals.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans (monthly and yearly) aligned with business growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively sourcing and acquiring new clients within the B2B space.
Re-engage and reactivate dormant or inactive clients, strengthening long-term relationships and maximizing lifetime value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic partner to understand their advertising and media needs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure the successful delivery of client campaigns.
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior management.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within advertising, media, or a related industry.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and motivating a sales team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Highly target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute effective sales plans.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
