Accountant

Role Description

Green Power Trading Company is seeking a full-time, on-site Accountant for its headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing budgets, processing payroll, and assisting in tax filings. The role also involves conducting financial analysis and collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights that align with the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with accounting software Odoo
• Strong understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the heavy equipment or logistics industry is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Arabic will be an advantage
