Nalco , an Ecolab Company, has an immediate need for an Account Executive - PT - in our Purolite group. If you are a passionate sales professional with a proven track record of success in technical sales we invite you to apply. You will be required to take a consultative sales approach with a primary emphasis on strong account leadership skills and retention of strategic Nalco accounts. In addition, you must build long-term relationships with a large customer base by understanding their key business drivers, executing system assurance programs, and selling new technologies.

What You Will Do:



  • Contacting & Visiting Customers and Prospects for at least 75% of his working time to at least achieve the agreed budgeted targets.



  • Control the expenses in accordance with the budget.



  • Complete, with all necessary information, orders prior to processing.



  • Propose marketing strategies to promote the Purolite brand and the development of the sales of Purolite ion exchange resins to Customers & Prospects.



  • Provide technical support in the marketplace to convince contacts to become regular customers:



  • Calculation of projects and / or plant optimization



  • On-site intervention and audit on industrial sites for the optimal use of resins and the settlement of any operating difficulty.



  • Participate in technical seminars for water treatment.



  • Propose the best solutions to commercial and technical problems encountered by helping before and after sales.



  • Improve market intelligence regarding the competition in terms of people, strategies, pricing, share per segment






Position Details:



Area of operation: Water and Non-Water* sectors in Saudi and the Gulf.



(End users, OEM (S)**, Main Contractors and Service Companies and specialized Traders)



Main mission: To develop sales of Purolite ion exchange resins in the areas mentioned above.



Reporting to: Regional Manager – Purolite Middle East Office



*Non-Water Sector: covers Chemistry, Petrochemicals, Hydrometallurgy, Mining, Food, Pharmaceutical



(OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer)






Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)



  • 1+years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience



  • 1+ years of experience directly related to well service stimulation business preferred



  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience



  • Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems



  • High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)



  • History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation



  • Prior experience that required excellent communication skills



  • Prior experience that required excellent organizational skills



  • Account leadership experience that includes calling on multilevel plant or facilities management to accomplish company goals



  • Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multitask
