Woodworking Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Woodworking Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop woodworking plans, ensuring they meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
2. Oversee the production process, ensuring that all woodworking projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Conduct material selection and testing to ensure the quality and durability of wooden products.
4. Collaborate with architects and designers to integrate woodworking elements into larger construction projects.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to the production team, resolving any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
6. Implement and maintain safety protocols in the woodworking shop to ensure a safe working environment.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in woodworking technology and techniques.
8. Prepare detailed project documentation, including specifications, estimates, and reports for stakeholders.
9. Train and mentor junior engineers and apprentices in woodworking techniques and best practices.
