Key Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day workflow and ensure productivity and quality targets are met
- Supervise inspection, repair, testing, and calibration of valves
- Ensure compliance with API, ANSI, and ASME standards
- Maintain and implement Quality Management System (QMS)
- Handle documentation including SOPs, ITPs, and quality records
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including third-party inspections
- Manage NCRs and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE and safety procedures (PPE compliance)
- Provide technical support for estimation and repair processes
- Coordinate with clients to ensure requirements are understood and fulfilled

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong experience in valve assembly, repair, and calibration
