Job Accountabilities and Authorities
1. Lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid and tender process from opportunity receipt through submission and handover.
2. Manage the bid programme, timelines, milestones, and internal governance reviews.
3. Interpret RFP/RFQ/ITT requirements and ensure full technical, commercial, and administrative compliance.
4. Develop and maintain bid plans, responsibility matrices, trackers, and risk registers.
5. Coordinate and drive inputs from operations, finance, HR, legal, HSE, procurement, and technical teams.
6. Chair bid kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and submission readiness reviews.
7. Review, challenge, and quality-check bid content for accuracy, consistency, and client alignment.
8. Ensure pricing inputs align with the approved solution, scope, and assumptions (without approving final pricing).
9. Identify bid risks, gaps, and opportunities and escalate issues to bid management or leadership.
10. Manage client clarifications, addenda, and bid communications in line with governance protocols.
11. Oversee document control, version management, and use of approved templates and standards.
12. Ensure timely, compliant submission of bids via portals or physical delivery after formal approvals.
13. Ability to prepare commercial submissions (pricing formats, exclusions, clarifications)
Educational Qualification required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline
Number of years of experience required: Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in bid coordination, bid management, or commercial support roles.
