Site Foreman

Premium Solutions Consultancy is urgently hiring a Site Foreman for a reputed industrial client in Qatar. We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to lead on-site activities and ensure smooth daily operations on construction and fabrication projects.

🕒 Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers at the site.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and schedules.
• Monitor daily progress, resolve on-site issues, and report to the site/project engineer.
• Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and machinery required for the site.

Enforce safety rules and ensure PPE compliance across the team.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial or construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction/fabrication processes and site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Locally available in Qatar with valid documents (NOC preferred).
• Accommodation & transportation provided by the company.
