We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP & Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support daily administrative and system operations. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in SAP modules and LMS platforms, ensuring smooth system functionality, data accuracy, reporting, and user support. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Administration
• Maintain and manage SAP master data and user access.
• Support daily SAP transactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding SAP-related requests.
• Generate periodic reports and dashboards from SAP.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and liaise with IT or SAP consultants when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls within SAP processes.
LMS Administration
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System.
• Upload and manage training content, courses, and user enrollments.
• Monitor training progress, completion records, and certification tracking.
• Generate training reports and performance analytics.
• Provide user support and resolve LMS-related queries.
• Coordinate with HR and department heads on training requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in SAP and LMS administration.
• Working knowledge of SAP modules (HR, Finance, or relevant operational modules as applicable).
• Experience administering an LMS platform (e.g., SuccessFactors, Moodle, Cornerstone, or similar).
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
