Job description

  • Responsible for achieving annual sales targets and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities from the market.
  • Organizing sales visits to customers and open new accounts based on the market opportunities.
  • Responsible to provide pre and post sales support to customers to achieve customer delight. Provide product education and advice to internal and external customers.

  • Associate with warehouse team in arranging product delivers on time.
  • Contribute to product forecasting and inventory planning by providing accurate data from the clients.
  • Identifies the slow and non-moving products that need marketing assistance and provide feedback on best approach to market such products to customers.
  • Attend product training sessions to improve the technical know how to provide better customer support for clients.
