Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Audit Leadership & Quality Management System Oversight:
- Lead and manage the regional technical audit team.
- Mentor and support auditors to uphold audit standards and technical excellence.
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015.
- Act as the primary liaison with external certification bodies and auditors.
🔹 Technical Audit Execution:
- Plan, execute, and oversee technical FM audits across multiple properties and hotel assets.
- Conduct risk-based assessments and develop detailed audit programs.
- Organize and facilitate both internal and external ISO audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities.
🔹 Technical Expertise:
- Provide subject matter expertise in FM and technical audits.
- Validate audit findings for accuracy and relevance.
- Promote organizational awareness of QMS and operational policies.
- Ensure QMS documentation is maintained, reviewed, and accessible.
🔹 Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
- Identify and evaluate technical and operational risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide risk mitigation strategies.
🔹 Reporting & Communication:
- Deliver clear and impactful audit reports and management updates.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure audit communications are professional and solution-focused.
🔹 Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Monitor QMS performance and regulatory changes.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of audit activities.
- Drive improvement initiatives based on customer feedback, risks, and audit outcomes.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (mandatory).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in technical/facilities management auditing, including leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in FM audits within commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of audit principles, QMS, ISO compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
