Job description
The Project Manager will ensure that the highest level of healthcare services are delivered at Technip/NFS by providing effective and efficient management resources to the project. Oversee all services delivered on site including office administration, procurement, finance & human resources, information technology and business unit reporting.
This position would ensure the delivery of competent and professional operational support through the development of a strong Medical Services Operations support team.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations in alignment with its vision, values, and strategic goals.
- Develop and execute annual business and operational plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring needs and expectations are met.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and client-aligned healthcare services across multiple sites.
- Supervise and support medical facilities, staff performance, training, and patient care standards.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, invoicing, and receivables effectively.
- Ensure accurate use of digital systems like MyC and timely, reviewed reporting from all sites.
- Enforce regulatory OH&S standards, promote safety culture, and conduct audits and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE contractual requirements and oversee driver and journey management performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development of all site staff.
- Identify and address staff skill gaps and promote ongoing education and in-service training.
- Act as a key liaison for urgent issues affecting client, government, or community relationships.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to support operations, compliance, and inventory needs.
- Champion business process optimization initiatives within the Operations team.
- Remain ready for rapid deployment in case of incidents, service delivery failures, or investigations.

Required Work Experience:
- Previous experience in Projects Management– relevant medical industry experience preferred.
- Prior experience of working in energy or mining sectors would be an advantage.
