services provider in Doha, Qatar. Our client is seeking an experienced PMO
Analyst (Arabic Speaking) who will be responsible for supporting the
Project Management Office in coordinating projects across business-as-usual
operations and major sports event environments. This role will assist in
project tracking, reporting, documentation management, and ensuring alignment
with project delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management Support
- Support the development and upkeep of Technology Delivery workflows,
templates, diagrams, and documentation repositories.
- Verify stakeholder outputs to ensure adherence to project management
and technology delivery standards.
- Attend project meetings, document minutes clearly, and track follow-up
actions to closure.
- Maintain logs to monitor open actions, risks, dependencies, and their
owners.
- Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and project status
updates at defined intervals.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of project documentation and PMO
information systems.
Executive Administration Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support including meeting
scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation.
- Prepare and distribute communications such as reports, presentations,
and progress summaries.
- Track action items, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up
and resolution with responsible parties.
- Maintain version control and structured filing of all project
documentation.
- Develop and circulate event readiness and operational status reports
during tournament or event periods.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry, including at least
2 years in a similar PMO or project coordination role.
- Bilingual proficiency with Arabic (Mandatory).
- Consulting background with experience supporting multiple clients is
preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration,
Engineering, or related field.

- Experience in project management, coordination, or PMO functions.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present project
data effectively.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement
capabilities.

simultaneously.
