Job description
We are looking for an experienced and driven PC Product Lead to join our team in Qatar. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing our personal systems portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, strong vendor relationships, and a clear vision to grow our PC business through tenders, enterprise solutions, and strategic sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full PC product portfolio including desktops (Tower, SFF, Mini), notebooks, workstations, and accessories.
- Drive product configuration, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Manage tender submissions and qualification processes to win bids.
- Strategically position HP products to outperform competitors like Dell and Lenovo.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support the sales team with presentations, product demos, and deal negotiations.
- Lead and mentor the PC product and sales team to meet performance targets.
- Ensure team activities are aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Maintain strong relationships with HP and other key PC vendors.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as supply chain, marketing, and finance.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and create performance reports.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, product performance, and P&L.
- Oversee inventory planning, stock availability, and order placement.
- Ensure timely product delivery in coordination with vendors and internal departments.
- Promote endpoint security features in enterprise discussions and tender responses.
- Manage pricing strategy, margin control, and overall profitability of the PC portfolio.
