The Manager – Integrated Product and Service Communications plays an important role in shaping how product and service messaging is shared both internally and externally. This role is responsible for creating clear, consistent communication that supports product launches, service enhancements, and innovation across the passenger experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the manager ensures that messaging is aligned, impactful, and reflects the organisation’s brand voice.


Key Responsibilities


  • Messaging Strategy: Develop and lead communications that explain the vision, features, and benefits of new products and services
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and review clear and engaging messaging for various channels, including internal briefings, executive presentations, and marketing materials
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with design, product, and service teams to make sure communications are accurate, timely, and unified
  • Launch Support: Plan messaging and rollout materials for product and service launches across different departments
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s tone, values, and passenger experience goals
  • Communication Materials: Develop talking points, FAQ, and reference documents to support leadership and frontline teams

Skills


  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and brand messaging
  • Comfortable working with design, marketing, and product teams
  • Ability to present complex ideas in a clear, easy-to-understand way
  • Experience with communication platforms and tools (e.g. CMS, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite)
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Qualification


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • At least 10 years of experience in product or brand communications, ideally in aviation, hospitality, or customer experience industries
  • Based in Qatar with a valid QID, or willing to relocate with eligibility to obtain one
