Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance operations within our sports and outdoor activities facility in Doha, Qatar. This role is crucial in ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and a passion for sports and outdoor activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of all facilities and equipment.
2. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
4. Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities align with operational goals.
7. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize disruption to operations.
8. Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in maintenance management.
