· Ensure that the resins are correctly mixed, and the correct raw materials are available before beginning the production to make quality pipes
· Ensure that the correct labels and marking meet standard / client specifications
· Comply with operational procedures and instructions when performing all job tasks and activities
· Report any accidents, problems, mistakes or non–conformities faced during production to the superior
· Perform pre-curing and proper de-molding on products to minimize defects
· Maintain proper records for both molds and mandrels along with stenciling each to achieve proper identification
· Inspect the de-molded product to be able to offer it later to the online QC for final inspection
· Cool the related mandrel to reach the minimum required temperature
· Ensure the mandrels are ready for production without any delay to meet the committed schedule
· Monitor the machine operation as per the requirements and within its defined limitations to avoid any damage to the machine/tested item
· Set up and dismantle pipe testing heads and fittings blind flanges to ensure that no problem occurs during testing
· Test pipes in accordance with testing schedule and log the daily tests
· Select the correct rubbers rings, O-rings and flange per drilling standards to accelerate the testing process
· Apply the valid calibration dates on the gauges to meet QC testing requirement
· Calibrate, build up, grind and cut pipes to required dimensions and quality standards
· Prevent wastage and rejections during calibration
· Track, log and report the daily output and post curing status to ensure production schedules are met
· Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions
· Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks
· Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents
· Maintain assigned tools, equipment and machinery in good working order
· Report on unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations
