About Role



As an HR Systems and Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for systematically managing system-related processes and proposing policies and enhancements for HRMS to drive efficiency and senior-level alignment. You will partner with IT on Oracle applications and supporting systems with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality, steering HR projects from inception to closing. This role requires providing leadership and governance to project teams while offering functional expertise for Group HR and Payroll system developments.



Responsibilities



  • Support staff across the Group with functionality-related problems and troubleshoot issues within Oracle HRMS and related HR systems to ensure seamless operations



  • Partner with IT to lead Oracle HRMS upgrades and optimize "Self-Service" features, reducing manual intervention and improving service delivery across all HR functions



  • Manage and authorize access levels and restrictions for Oracle HRMS and GEMS to maintain high standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and audit compliance



  • Developuser guidelines and deliver comprehensive training on Oracle modules to ensure global teams are proficient in new system features and updates.



  • Provide accurate statistical data and detailed reports from Oracle systems to senior management, supporting confidential, time-sensitive matters and audit requirements



  • Design and develop core HR IT systems based on complex business requirements especially for leave



  • approval hierarchy for shift pattern employees and leave entitlements for engineering grades.



  • Liaise with IT Project team and relevant stake holders to discuss on Business Analysis, Review Solution



  • design with IT teams and business stakeholders. Identify and initiate proactive solutions on projects with concerned stakeholder to address gaps with timely Management updates.
