The role involves monitoring and managing vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, driver performance, fleet efficiency, documentation, and ensuring all cars are maintained and ready for use. Administrative assistance and managing the leasing fleet are also part of the responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and fleet management software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Luxury Fleet Operations Management: Ability to manage high-end vehicle fleets (e.g., BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover) ensuring optimal utilization, availability, and service readiness for premium clients.
Preventive Maintenance & Vehicle Care: Strong expertise in scheduling and overseeing preventive maintenance to maintain vehicle performance, safety, and luxury standards.
Fleet Systems & Telematics: Proficiency in using fleet management software, GPS tracking, and telematics tools to monitor vehicle location, driver behavior, and operational efficiency in real time.
Service Quality & Customer Experience Focus: Understanding of luxury service expectations, ensuring prompt vehicle availability, cleanliness, and readiness for VIP clients and high-profile events.
Coordination of Chauffeur & Transport Services: Ability to effectively coordinate drivers, limousine services, and event transport requirements while maintaining high service standards.
Analytical & Performance Monitoring: Skilled in tracking fleet KPIs such as utilization rates, downtime, fuel efficiency, and service turnaround to enhance operational performance.
Cost Control & Asset Efficiency: Ability to manage maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and fleet lifecycle to ensure cost-effective operations without compromising service quality.
Organizational & Multi-Tasking Skills: Capable of managing multiple bookings, vehicle allocations, and operational priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
Problem-Solving in Live Operations: Strong ability to handle urgent issues such as breakdowns, last-minute booking changes, or VIP service demands with immediate and effective solutions.
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination: Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, drivers, hotels, airport staff, and internal teams professionally.
Attention to Detail & Presentation Standards: High attention to detail to ensure vehicles meet luxury presentation standards (cleanliness, condition, readiness).
Knowledge of Local Transport Operations: Familiarity with Qatar roads, regulations, and operational requirements for smooth and compliant service delivery.
