Project Delivery & Leadership
1. Drive technical vision and guide cross-functional delivery teams, including developers, consultants, testers, and DevOps engineers.
2. Conduct design workshops, technical presentations, and solution review sessions with business stakeholders.
3. Lead the implementation of D365 modules: Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and custom model-driven apps.
4. Manage customers' operational requests and ensure proper governance is applied.
5. Ensure compliance with solution governance, DevOps/ALM, security, and environment strategy (dev/test/UAT/production).
6. Provide technical oversight throughout development, ensuring adherence to best practices for plugins, workflows, PCF components, and integrations.
Solution Architecture & Design
1. Lead the architecture, design, and roadmap of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
2. Define solution blueprints covering data model,
integrations, security, automation, workflows, and user experience.
3. Work closely with business analysts to convert requirements into detailed technical specifications.
4. Architect scalable integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM, and custom APIs.
5. Evaluate new features in Power Platform and Dynamics releases and recommend an adoption strategy.
Technical Expertise & Support
1. Mentor developers in plugin development (.NET/C#), PCF controls, JavaScript, workflows, and Dataverse best practices.
2. Support go-live activities and post-production optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills 1. 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
2. Strong understanding of Data verse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Business Rules, and PCF.
3. Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, FetchXML, and PowerFX.
4. Strong experience integrating D365 with external systems via Azure APIM, Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
5. Solid understanding of DevOps, Solution Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Git repositories.
Soft Skills
1. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
2. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
