Dietitian – Commercial & Clinical Leader (Doha)

 

This is not a traditional dietitian role.

We are looking for a high-performance, commercially driven dietitian who understands that nutrition is not just about plans—it’s about building a scalable, revenue-generating health business.

If you are someone who can combine clinical expertise with business intelligence, digital thinking, and growth execution, this role is for you.

 

 What You Will Own

  • Lead and grow a modern nutrition & meal prep division
  • Build and launch new programs (weight loss, metabolic health, performance, therapeutic nutrition)
  • Develop new revenue streams:
  • Food intolerance testing
  • DNA-based nutrition
  • Advanced blood panels
  • Supplement protocols
  • Translate clinical data into high-impact, sellable programs
  • Drive client acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
  • Build and manage your own dietitian team
  • Work closely with tech teams to enhance our digital app and introduce new modules
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to achieve aggressive revenue targets
  • Create a distinct market positioning through innovation and results

 

 Who We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics (Preferred: University of Saint Joseph / American University of Beirut)
  • Minimum 2+ years clinical experience
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Metabolic health
  • Weight management
  • Functional/therapeutic nutrition
  • Commercial mindset – you understand revenue, pricing, and growth
  • Proven ability to convert consultations into paying clients
  • Experience in building programs, not just following them
  • Digitally capable – comfortable working with apps, CRM systems, and data
  • Leadership ability – can build, train, and manage a team
  • Hungry, accountable, and results-obsessed
